Gavin is an innovative senior electrical design engineer with over twenty-five years’ experience in the automotive industry in both off and on highway vehicles and machinery specialising in systems architecture and electrical distribution systems design from concept through production and beyond.

His experience includes extensive Zero Emissions Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) systems design combined with intimate manufacturing experience for construction plant, passenger carrying vehicles and leisure vehicles. He has pioneered the use of three-dimensional electrical systems design technology into four previous roles resulting in significant advances in design efficiency, systems delivery, and accuracy. He has an excellent practical working knowledge and appreciation in the standards, principles and practices of mechanical engineering, product design, manufacturing, and related engineering disciplines.
